The food here is truly fantastic and captures authentic Asian flavors perfectly. Each dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and just what we were looking for. A big thank you to Kanishka, who attended to us throughout most of our meal. His outstanding service, attention to detail, and friendly hospitality genuinely enhanced our dining experience. We will certainly return!

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring a wide selection of dishes. We visited with our very active 1½-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive as we managed the buffet line. A big shout-out to Manupa for the outstanding service and to Chef Rathnayake for enhancing our breakfast experience. We'll certainly return!

The service here is exceptional, truly going the extra mile. Chef Ratanaike stood out with his thoughtfulness and proactive approach to our dietary needs. The entire staff, including Dilshan, Prasad, and the senior aapam ladies, were fantastic. We also appreciated the children's tables and chairs; that was a brilliant idea.

I really enjoy this restaurant; the food is decent. They offer a nice variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. What really impressed me were the staff members, especially Najeeb, who thoughtfully suggested juices tailored to our preferences. He was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. Farooq also took care of us during dinner. The ambiance is lovely, and the live music was fantastic, adding to our memorable experience. Thank you!

Our time at Shangri-La Hambantota was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was top-notch. A special shoutout to Chef Rathnayaka, who truly enhanced our dining experience. The only downside was that we struggled to sleep due to what seemed like bed bugs. We hope this can be resolved quickly, as everything else about our visit was superb.

This hotel offers stunning ocean views. We attended a wedding here, and everything was beautifully arranged with exceptional service throughout. The pools are fantastic, especially the sunset pool, and the food was top-notch. Chef Ratnayake was particularly helpful; he provided herbal remedies when my mum was unwell, which really aided her recovery. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely return.

I had a truly enjoyable experience. Chef Rathnayake was incredibly accommodating, contributing to a delightful meal. The hotel itself is impressive, featuring a fantastic kids' play area. There’s a trapeze zip line and plenty of other fun activities. With three pools, including two designed for children and one for adults to unwind, it was a lovely outing. I definitely plan to return!
