I visited this place to get contact lenses for the first time, and I was really let down by the service. The sales associate didn’t provide any instructions on how to use them (the do's and don'ts). As a result, I ended up damaging the lenses while trying to insert and remove them, which caused me a lot of pain. If you care about your eyesight—or expect decent customer service—it's best to look for care elsewhere.

I was let down by the service. I visited to get my lenses changed and was told to return the next day at 4 pm. We arrived around 5 pm, yet they still hadn't started changing the lenses. It seemed like they were judging people based on their appearance and vehicles. If you want prompt service and a friendly staff that treats everyone equally, I suggest looking elsewhere. There are better options out there.
