My partner and I walked in because he had eye problems while we were on holiday in Sri Lanka. They attended to us immediately. The air-conditioned rooms were clean and equipped with modern facilities. The optician was very professional, spoke fluent English, provided a diagnosis, and prescribed antibiotics. This allowed us to fully enjoy the remainder of our holiday. I would highly recommend this place.

We had scheduled a laser procedure for around 1 PM, but we got a call later asking us to come in between 5 and 6 PM instead. Once we arrived at the clinic, we ended up waiting for about an hour. During this time, one female staff member made a joking remark that the doctor might not show up for “even the next three hours” and that we would have to return again. That comment struck me as unprofessional and inappropriate, especially since we were all waiting for a medical procedure. When I inquired with another staff member about what was happening, he mentioned they couldn't reach the doctor at that time. Yet, the female staff member seemed to suggest that the issue was somehow on our end. This was quite disappointing. When visiting private medical facilities, patients expect professionalism, clear communication, and respectful treatment. No matter the circumstances, staff should always maintain a respectful and responsible attitude towards customers. I really hope management takes this feedback to heart and works on improving patient treatment.
