This is the best locally owned restaurant! The view is amazing. The owner is incredibly friendly and prepares everything fresh. I highly recommend the toast breakfast, which comes with coffee and eggs; it's so tasty and packed with veggies. Let's support local businesses—make sure to eat here!

This restaurant is truly delightful, with a view of the ocean and Turtle Beach to the left. The front seating is fantastic, the staff is welcoming, and their breakfast packages are excellent, including eggs, bread, juice, and coffee. I plan to come back for another breakfast before I leave Hikkaduwa 😊

This is a fantastic spot to unwind by the beach. The staff are incredibly friendly and deliver outstanding service. The food is tasty and beautifully prepared. The view of the sunset from the restaurant is breathtaking. I had a wonderful experience here and strongly recommend it.

Fantastic!!! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is spot on. If you're fortunate, you can snag front row seats for the best view of the sea. As a Sri Lankan familiar with Asian cuisine, I can confidently say this is one of the finest meals I've experienced. It's quite adaptable to suit various tastes. I would definitely recommend it 🙌🏾👌🏾

What a fantastic little place! A true hidden gem! We stumbled upon this restaurant without realizing it would turn out to be the best one in Hikkaduwa! We're so glad we decided to stop by; it was so peaceful that we were the only patrons there (five of us). A big shoutout to the guys working here! They were the friendliest staff. Each of us ordered a fish dish, and it was an incredible experience—the fish was incredibly fresh, and the house salad that accompanied the dish was simply AMAZING. The restaurant's interior is stunning; I’m completely in love with it. 😎🥰 The food was so tasty that I forgot to snap a picture! 😂😍😍

This restaurant is truly one of my all-time favorites! I absolutely love it here! It’s simply incredible! Normally, I don’t like to revisit places during holidays, but Hikka Chill is an exception! My friends and I are all huge fans and couldn’t help but return! The food is unbelievably delicious, ranking among the best I’ve ever tasted, not just in Sri Lanka! They offer plenty of gluten-free choices, the staff are knowledgeable about coeliac disease, and were very accommodating. I felt completely safe dining here. The seafood was exceptionally fresh, along with all the other ingredients in the dishes. Each meal I had was perfectly cooked and left me craving more! Bursting with flavor! We were even treated to fruit after every meal, which added a lovely touch! The staff are fantastic! So friendly, kind, and a lot of fun! They made our experience incredibly special! The ambiance is perfect – with views of the beach and sea, and you can even head down to relax there. The music is lively and enjoyable! The drinks are delightful! It’s just a spectacular place to visit! Plus, they’re conveniently located near Turtle Beach! We created so many wonderful memories here – it’s truly missed! I wish I lived closer, as I’d definitely be a regular! I highly, highly recommend you try it out if you’re in Hikkaduwa!
