If you're a fan of rooftops, this place in Weligama is a must-visit! It features a bohemian rooftop with a stylish interior and great music, offering a truly stunning view of the jungle and ocean. The staff is friendly, and the menu has a nice variety. I enjoyed a Trapobane island smoothie bowl, which was fantastic, along with a cold matcha.

We had an amazing time at Scenic Rooftop Café in Weligama. The vibe is calm and inviting, featuring a breathtaking rooftop view that makes it an ideal spot to savor a meal while taking in the beautiful scenery. This is a lovely spot for brunch. The atmosphere is delightful, and it feels really pleasant here, especially during hot weather. We tried the linguine with shrimp, tacos, and smoothies, all of which were incredibly tasty. The service was attentive and friendly as well. Thank you! 🙏

During our five-night stay at the hotel, we enjoyed breakfast here every morning without growing tired of it. The variety and creativity in the meals were impressive, and the "eggs your way" option featured different ingredients each time. The espresso coffee was top-notch, and the barista was well-trained, meeting our Aussie standards and satisfying our coffee cravings. Mornings can get a bit hectic, so if you have a yoga class or other plans, it's best to arrive early to avoid the rush. It's worth noting that the food from the barista section tends to arrive a little quicker than the hot dishes.

If you're in search of delicious food, a tranquil setting, friendly staff, and a beautiful view, this is the place to be. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff made us feel welcome. Since we were staying at the hotel, we got to sample both their breakfast and dinner options. I really enjoyed the French toast, chocolate pancake, chicken burger, iced chocolate, and the chicken wrap 😋😋😋. Thank you for the wonderful experience, everyone! ❤️

This was one of the worst experiences I've had. We waited nearly an hour for our dishes, and they weren't even good. I ordered the muesli bowl, which was entirely dry, and the milk they provided was almost water-like. Sri Lanka is known for its delicious fruits, but my bowl only had some banana, a few bits of mango, and mostly dried fruits. The shakshuka wasn't any better; the accompanying bread pieces were incredibly small, like half biscuits, and while there were a couple, they weren't very impressive. Plus, the garlic wasn't peeled, so every bite included garlic peel. The long wait time was the worst part. Don't be misled by the positive reviews. Sure, the view was nice, but the overall experience was disappointing.

This is the best coffee I’ve had in years! For coffee enthusiasts, the Italian beans are expertly balanced, and that’s just the beginning. The food is incredible, with the hamburger being particularly tasty and the breakfasts are impressive! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the view is stunning. I highly recommend this place; we absolutely love it! ♥️

I really enjoyed the food here. We were staying at the hotel and had breakfast there every day! The chocolate pancakes were incredible, and the avocado toast was just as good. Every dish was clearly made with care. The coffee was also excellent, complete with beautiful latte art. The only downside was that it took a bit of time for the food to arrive. That's the one issue I can mention. For dinner, they offer great options with high-quality food as well. I would definitely recommend it, but just be aware that if you're in a rush, it might not be the best choice.;)
