    Staff Behavior Needs Improvement

The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. They were deceiving patients who had been waiting in a long line, especially the woman responsible for directing patients to the consultants' rooms. The administration should take prompt action regarding this issue.

    Long Waits and Poor Service

I had a disappointing experience at Ahamed Ali Hospital and felt compelled to voice my concerns. The main problems I encountered were lengthy wait times, inadequate communication, and unprofessional staff, which greatly affected my overall visit. I sincerely hope the hospital considers my feedback and implements necessary changes to enhance the care and services they offer to patients.

    Great experience at new hospital

This newly built hospital on the main street features a spacious parking lot and has lift access. It's a well-organized private facility. I was able to get an appointment and didn't wait long. The service was excellent, and the doctor provided a thorough explanation about the patient's condition. The dispensary boasts a sensor door and offers quick service.

    Poor organization and hygiene standards

I found it to be extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The management at the hospital is poorly organized, and the cleanliness standards are shockingly low. It feels like the entire system is focused solely on making money. Patient care and hygiene appear to be the least of their concerns. This is not the level of service I expected from a private hospital.

    Several issues in patient experience

I visited this hospital today for a doctor's consultation and faced a few problems: they don’t accept card payments for bookings, which is rather inconvenient. Additionally, there isn’t a number display system to call patients, causing confusion in the waiting area. The noise level in the waiting area was quite high, and there were no signs asking visitors to keep it down. In summary, improving payment options, managing patient flow better, and enhancing communication would significantly improve the service for patients.

The ward room is rather cramped, and the walls could use a good cleaning. Additionally, the restrooms are not well maintained and have an unpleasant odor. I would appreciate it if these matters could be addressed to enhance patient care.

    Frustratingly Long Wait Times

The waiting durations at this hospital are consistently excessive. Patients often find themselves waiting 4 to 5 hours, even after they've booked and paid ahead of time. What’s particularly frustrating is that the staff seem to know when the doctors will actually show up, yet they don’t communicate this information transparently. Instead, they instruct patients to arrive 1 to 2 hours earlier than necessary. If patients were given the accurate time, they could plan better or reschedule if they are running late. It appears that doctors prefer to arrive only after most booked patients have already checked in. While I get that this might help them see more patients in a shorter amount of time, it feels quite unfair from the perspective of the patients. This is not a charity hospital; it’s a paid service, and patients should be treated with respect for their time. It would be beneficial if patients were informed of the actual appointment times. If someone ends up missing it, they could always rebook. Over time, everyone would adapt to a more honest and organized system.

    Disappointing wait at radiology department

I was let down by my visit to the radiology department today. My scan was set for 9:00 PM, but I ended up waiting quite a while past that time. The doctor still hadn't shown up, and despite my inquiries, the staff provided very little information about the delay. I recognize that unexpected issues can arise, but patients should receive timely updates and clear communication when there are delays. I hope the hospital can enhance its scheduling and communication with patients to avoid similar situations in the future.
