The service was not acceptable, and there was a complete lack of time management. They told me to arrive at exactly 12:30, so I got there at 12:20, but I ended up waiting over three hours for service. This is just my honest opinion.

I am very let down by the service at Mediland Hospital. The management really needs to address how patients are treated. We waited over two hours to see a doctor, with staff repeatedly assuring us that the doctor would be there "within 10 minutes." This occurred multiple times, leading to unnecessary frustration and stress for patients who were already feeling unwell. Such a lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment. There should be a proper system to inform patients about the actual expected arrival time for doctors, allowing them to plan instead of waiting indefinitely. Patients deserve honesty and respect—not false information and wasted time.

In my opinion, this place is a failure as a hospital. The service is extremely poor, unlike anything I've encountered before. It seems like there are too many "money-minded hospitals" in the Kalmunai area. They fail to notify patients about delays or cancellations in their appointments. The customer care staff lack the ability to provide proper information, and the doctors' assistants are similarly unhelpful and rather rude. It's impossible to book an appointment over the phone because they require payment upfront, forcing people who travel from far away to make two trips just to receive care. - There’s no organized system for treating patients. - Patients undergoing surgery receive no advance information, and there's no order for entering the operating theatre, leading to chaotic rushing. - There isn't enough seating for patients and their visitors. - There's no dedicated parking available for more than one car, highlighting their money-driven approach. - Overall, the service is quite disappointing.

I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service. I made an appointment for early in the morning and was told to arrive on time. But when I got to the hospital, they had no record of my booking. Because of their error, I was forced to take the last number and wait for hours. Additionally, there's a lack of proper parking available. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The service and communication here were extremely lacking. I had received a confirmation that I was Appointment #1, so I made a long journey to get there precisely at 6:30 PM as requested. Upon arrival, I was informed at the reception that I was now Appointment #2, with no prior notice or explanation provided. The staff and receptionists showed a complete disregard for patients' time and the effort involved in getting there. It was very unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. I would recommend saving your time and choosing another place.

I had a fantastic experience at this hospital. The treatment was outstanding, and the doctors and nurses offered great care and support throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, the service, treatment, and patient care were top-notch. My wife and I had a very disappointing experience. We waited over two hours just to show a report to the doctor. The nurse was clear in saying that the doctor would see three more patients before calling report patients, but that never happened. Instead, the doctor ended up seeing about nine patients, and we were still not called for our report. Additionally, the nurse was quite rude and unhelpful, lacking proper communication. If there was a delay, it would have been better if they had informed us instead of making us sit there wasting our time. We were also told that the doctor would arrive at 8:00 PM, but he was late as well. Overall, there seems to be a lack of proper organization here. It feels like their focus is more on making money than on providing patient care. I would not recommend this place.
