    Exceptional Jewelry Experience in Sri Lanka

    During my trip to Sri Lanka, I visited the One Galle Face Mall location and met Inshi, the owner. I was blown away by their selection of jewelry, which is both unique and breathtaking. They have a fantastic range of luxury gemstones, offering various sizes and quality options. Since I was on vacation, I inquired about getting two custom rings made in a short timeframe. Inshi was very attentive, helping me choose the best options for color, clarity, and quality. She designed a stunning ruby ring featuring a vivid red natural ruby set in 18k rose gold, alongside VVS1/G color diamonds, as well as a beautiful nine-diamond ring. I'm completely in love with both rings and thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship and service. I look forward to collaborating with Inshi again to create more pieces from this remarkable Sri Lankan luxury jewelry brand.

Let’s just say I’ve paid more for brunch that didn’t look anywhere near as good. 😄 You receive authentic quality and craftsmanship without needing to break the bank — which is always a win. And the staff… they are truly wonderful. They make you feel like an old friend instead of just another customer.     Inconsistent Pricing and Misleading Information

    I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service here. I went in to look at a necklace and was told it cost 150K. However, when I returned the next day to buy it, a different salesperson quoted me 250K. Then, the original salesboy showed up and claimed it was actually 350K. It's baffling how they can't keep their prices straight. Additionally, the first day they assured me the pendant had natural pink diamonds, but on my return visit, the woman insisted it was pink sapphire. I asked her to confirm it wasn't diamonds, and she firmly stated it was indeed sapphire. Thankfully, I didn't make a purchase on my first visit. I even inquired about a diamond tester, but they claimed they didn't have one. It's clear they're trying to misrepresent sapphires as diamonds! I definitely would not recommend this store.

    I had a wonderful experience at Ramzi & Co located in One Galle Face Mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience quite comfortable. I bought a ring, and the craftsmanship was superb. The quality and finishing were flawless, clearly showcasing their attention to detail. What stood out to me the most was how the staff didn’t pressure me to make a purchase like you often find in jewelry stores. Instead, they patiently assisted me in selecting what I liked and provided all the necessary information. Overall, it was a delightful and professional experience. I highly recommend Ramzi & Co to anyone in search of quality jewelry and excellent customer service.

    Exceptional Jewelry Experience at Ramzi

    While exploring loose stones and settings at One Galle Face mall, I couldn't help but admire the stunning creations displayed at Ramzi. The showcase featuring loose stones caught my eye, especially the striking star rubies. Inshi was incredibly helpful in detailing the characteristics of the stones. I inquired about having a ring made within a week's time since I was set to embark on a 10-day tour of Sri Lanka before returning to Colombo. To my delight, she confirmed it was possible, and we struck a deal. That's when the fun truly started! With some basic knowledge of gems and jewelry design, Inshi assisted me in bringing my vision to life with a simple Gypsy setting in 18k gold. When I returned, the ring was ready and had been adjusted slightly for a perfect fit—it’s absolutely stunning! Each time I wear it, I am reminded of this wonderful collaboration and the beauty of Sri Lanka at my fingertips! Huge thanks to Inshi and the team for making this memory a reality!
