I appreciated the warm welcome, and the staff were friendly as well. I had visited a year ago for blood tests, and I returned today. I received my results via text message, which I find to be very convenient.

The doctors tend to be unprofessional, often showing up 1 to 2 hours late for their appointments. This ongoing issue creates a lot of inconvenience for patients, many of whom end up waiting for hours without any proper communication. This is the worst hospital I've ever visited. I went on Saturday and was told to return on Monday at 9 AM. When I arrived on Monday, they informed me that no doctor would be available until 10:30 AM. So, I came back at 10:30 AM, only to find out that there wouldn't be a doctor until 6 PM. At that point, I decided to go somewhere else.

I was suffering from fever, vomiting, and a headache, and I could barely walk when I arrived at this hospital. After receiving treatment, I felt well enough to get back to work, all thanks to the doctor and staff—they truly are life savers. It was pricey, but they helped me recover quickly. Thank you so much!

I visited this hospital to get treatment for my wife, who is battling cancer. We needed to consult with the head of the oncology department at the Trincomalee Government Hospital. In Sri Lanka, it's not possible to admit someone directly into a government hospital, especially for oncology, so we required his consultation and approval for her treatment. My wife has already undergone three chemotherapy sessions in India, and we needed to continue her care here. The experience with the doctor was positive; I detailed everything we had done in India, and he listened carefully and understood our needs moving forward. He provided a letter for us to meet him the next day at the government hospital, where he started my wife's treatment promptly. I am truly grateful for his dedication and hard work. I apologize for not remembering his name, but I will make it a point to mention it next time I visit. The hospital and staff also maintained a high standard of hygiene.

The air conditioning is only functional in the doctors' offices, forcing patients to suffer in the heat. Overall, it seems that the private hospital does not prioritize patient comfort. On the positive side, the nurses are outstanding and provide great support.

I had a really disappointing experience at this hospital today. My appointment was set for 5:30 PM, yet I ended up waiting 3.5 hours just to see Dr. V*rani. This is simply unacceptable for a private hospital where we pay more for supposedly better service and efficiency. The staff provided no clear updates or explanations for the lengthy delay. Waiting this long is incredibly frustrating, especially for patients who are already feeling unwell or in pain. It reflects a total disregard for people's time. I had hoped for much better management and I won't be returning here again.
