    Terrible Experience at Dantal Care

    I had a really frustrating experience at the Dantal Care Jaffna branch. Their time management and customer service are extremely poor. Even though we had appointments, we ended up waiting over 1.5 hours in the visitors' area. It feels like they only care about making money and not about customer satisfaction. 😠😠😠😠😠😠 I advise my friends to avoid wasting their time here.

    Poor time management experience

    I had a terrible experience with time management. I scheduled an appointment for June 22, 2020, at noon, but I wasn't seen for channeling until after 1:00 PM. The doctor spent only five minutes with me, and a staff member who seemed to have minimal knowledge about the procedure explained everything. I ended up wasting over an hour for nothing.

    Unreliable Appointment Scheduling

    This dental office is terrible at managing appointments. Dentists arrive when it suits them, regardless of the scheduled time. Expect to wait over an hour from your appointment time, or consider finding a different clinic. I'm not sure what's international about this place; they might need to rethink their name.

    Unprofessional behavior from Dr. Uma

    Dr. Uma's conduct was extremely unprofessional. She managed my care poorly. When I expressed that the procedure was painful, rather than showing empathy, she began discussing my personal issues, which felt highly inappropriate. Such behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable for a dental professional. I'm left very disappointed with this experience.

    Avoid this dental practice

    Dr. Sanjeevan performed two crowns for me, but they failed within just three weeks. He had promised they would last anywhere from three months to a maximum of three years. Honestly, I wouldn’t even give a single star if I could. The service was terrible; at one point, there were up to twelve people crammed into a small room while I was getting my teeth worked on. I have serious doubts about their qualifications as dentists. Even the receptionists were standing inside, watching what the doctor was doing as if it were a movie. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE IN LONDON.
