We had a fantastic time at Nathara Restaurant in Mathale. The food was incredibly tasty, particularly the vegetable BIRIYANI. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience. We enjoyed our dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

Completely unacceptable. When I asked a straightforward question about packing, the owner reacted with sheer arrogance and a lack of respect. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and definitely no basic customer service—just a negative attitude and discourteous behavior. I felt completely disregarded. An owner who can't communicate properly with customers shouldn't manage a business. I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone.

The prices here are fantastic, and the food we had was genuinely delicious. I can't say that about every meal I've tried, but for what you pay at Therese, it's impressive. The chef even came over to check on the spice level, which was a nice touch 🙂👍. However, I found the menu a bit confusing; the three sections weren't very clear, with the regular single meals only in the first part.
