This is an excellent spot for cheesecake. I highly suggest trying the white chocolate strawberry flavor. The coffee was just okay and could use some improvement, and the service was also average. The dining space is somewhat limited, and it's located in the basement of Havelock City Mall.

I had one of the best cheesecakes I've ever tasted here. I tried the burnt cheesecake, and it was incredibly creamy with a delightful texture—definitely not gelatinous. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality makes it worthwhile. This place is situated in the basement of Havelock City Mall, and they do add a service charge for dining in.

The cashier who helped us, I believe his name was Akash, was quite friendly and attentive. Despite juggling multiple customers, he handled everything seamlessly without any wait. I was really impressed by his service! The food was well-presented, and our overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended! 😊

Without a doubt, these are the finest cheesecakes in town. The texture is creamy, the flavors are expertly crafted, and each slice is bursting with freshness—neither too heavy nor overly sweet, just right. My favorites include the Tiramisu cheesecake, chocolate brownie cheesecake, Burnt cheesecake, and Dulce. The staff at the Havelock City Mall location were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The gentleman who served us, Praveen, was patient in explaining the flavors and remained focused on us throughout our visit. His professionalism made us feel very comfortable. This kind of service makes you eager to return time and again. A must-visit for any dessert enthusiast. Highly recommended.

I purchased brownie cake and mud cake from a Galle Face outlet today. The slices of cake were quite small. Additionally, the woman managing the stall was unfriendly, and the customer service left much to be desired.
