We paid and then waited over thirty minutes, only to find out that there was only one doctor available to cover both the OPD and ETU. It was clear that the doctor was overwhelmed and couldn't handle all the patients by themselves.

I took my parents to the X Ray department on June 5, 2026, for my mother's knee issues. Since they are elderly, we were hoping for a quick visit, but we ended up waiting in line for an hour. It was frustrating to see that they prioritized patients who arrived after us, as well as inpatients.
