I've visited this place three or four times, and I've never been satisfied with the front desk service. The worst part is that the place feels like an oven. If the air conditioning isn't working, they should either fix it, install a fan, or improve the ventilation in the waiting area.

I had a fantastic experience today (May 28th) around 8:30 PM. The phlebotomist was friendly, skilled, and confident. Taking blood from my 5-year-old son, who isn't very cooperative, is quite challenging, but she handled it perfectly.

Poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment, but it wasn't logged. When I called the next day to rebook, the confirmation time I received was incorrect. It ended up being a big waste of my time.

Every time I've visited Moratuwa Durdans center, I've received outstanding service and the staff is incredibly friendly, almost like friends. Today, I had to stay for two hours for a test, and the staff noticed I was feeling sleepy and hungry from fasting since last night. They kindly offered me a bed to rest a bit before my next test. This level of care is something we rarely see at other centers. I'm truly grateful to the staff and appreciate their kindness. Please continue the great work!

My experience at this hospital was truly awful. I had an appointment, but I had to wait over an hour beyond my scheduled time. The doctor was more than an hour late, and there was no communication or explanation provided. When I asked the receptionist about the delay, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. It was evident that they lacked any understanding of customer care or how to manage a frustrated patient. Overall, the experience felt extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I definitely won't be returning, and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone who values their time.

Upon entering, customers aren't even greeted; instead, they just get stared at. The reception staff, all girls, seem more interested in chatting with each other than attending to guests. Honestly, the service is really poor.

We had token number 9 for our appointment, and the doctor was supposed to arrive at 11:00 AM. We arrived at 11:40 AM, giving a reasonable allowance for 8 patients to be seen before us. By that time, our number had already been called. When we asked at the counter, the nurse told us that we would be allowed in after two more patients. This felt unfair since it should have been our turn next, but we agreed and kept waiting. Instead of following through, the nurse continued to see all remaining patients, including those who arrived after us and even some who just came to drop off reports, before finally letting us see the doctor. This caused a long, unnecessary delay and felt incredibly unjust. On top of that, the staff insisted on cash payments and wouldn’t accept cards, which is very inconvenient and unacceptable for a hospital of this level. Overall, this was a really unpleasant experience due to poor management of appointments and unprofessional behavior from the nursing staff. I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns.

My daughter was recently running a fever, and the doctor didn't even bother to check her temperature before just writing a prescription and sending us off to the pharmacy. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST VISITING THIS PLACE.

As someone with a nursing background, I found the professionalism and patient care standards at this medical center to be lacking. While I did encounter some kind staff members, there were several alarming issues I observed during my visit. I witnessed unprofessional behavior during work hours, such as lengthy personal conversations on the lab telephone and instances where the reception was left unattended. Additionally, the way some patients were discussed post-procedure struck me as disrespectful and not in line with basic healthcare ethics. There seemed to be significant communication barriers with English-speaking patients, and the overall atmosphere failed to meet the professional standards one would expect in a healthcare environment. I sincerely hope that management will take action to focus on hiring qualified healthcare professionals and enhancing staff training to cover not just procedures but also ethics, professionalism, respect for patients, and workplace discipline, ultimately creating a better and safer experience for both patients and staff.
