Friendly staff and great service
I visited the Panadura Medihelp Hospital today and found the staff to be incredibly friendly. The nurse who took my blood sample was not only polite but also had the best smile. Overall, it was good service. Keep up the great work!

Great Experience at Medihelp Channel Center
I recently went to the Panadura Medihelp Channel Center for an appointment. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. The environment was clean and calm. Keep up the good work!✌️

Excellent service at Panadura branch
The service here is outstanding and prompt. The phlebotomist, in particular, appears very skilled, as I felt no pain during the blood draw. I highly recommend this place!

Poor scheduling and long wait times
I am extremely disappointed. After I paid for my appointment, I received several notifications that the doctor's schedule had been altered multiple times, leading to about an hour's delay. This reflects a lack of proper scheduling and time management. Patients shouldn't have to endure such long waits after making a payment. Medihelp Hospital really needs to value patients' time and enhance its appointment management system.
