Overpriced Medicine Here

Buying medicine at this place will cost you a fortune. It doesn't seem to actually cure any illnesses, even if you purchase it. For example, I was given medicine for just two or three days, along with some creams. One item was priced at 175 at a regular pharmacy, but here it was 1300! Why would anyone pay that much for medicine? 😆

Terrible Medical Experience

Getting medical care at this center is a total waste of both time and money. Two years back, my father had a heart attack. Initially, we visited 'City Medical Service,' where the doctor dismissed it as chest pain caused by a gastric issue. But as his condition deteriorated, we sought help at the General Hospital, where they discovered a blood clot in his blood vessel. If we had waited any longer, he might not have survived. Today, I experienced a similar situation. Without conducting a proper diagnosis, the doctor prescribed medication costing Rs. 1900, but it hasn't helped at all; in fact, I'm feeling worse.

Serious medication mix-up concern

We visited this medical center today to get eye medication for my wife. The doctor provided us with a medication, but after using the drops, we noticed that the packaging clearly labeled it as an Ear Drop (Chloramphenicol 5%), not for eyes. When I went back to ask about this, the staff insisted that the medication could be used for both eyes and ears. However, according to official medical guidelines, a 5% ear formulation is actually ten times stronger than the 0.5% ophthalmic drops and contains harsh ingredients that could harm the eyes. It’s completely unacceptable to administer ear drops for an eye issue and disregard patient safety. Please don’t take chances with people's lives.
