The check-in process and surgery were handled efficiently. Dr. Duminda was professional and easily reachable for consultations. The private room was quite large and spacious, featuring an extra single bed and a small balcony. Everything was very clean and well kept.

Patients have to wait for hours past their scheduled appointment times. The doctors don't arrive when they're supposed to. The service is very disappointing. I ended up requesting a refund and left. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Look for other options at all costs.

We've been waiting over 2 hours, and the doctor still hasn't shown up. Numerous patients, including kids and elderly grandparents, have been stuck in the waiting room for far too long. The children are crying, and older patients are visibly struggling with the wait. There hasn't been any proper communication or updates from the staff. This service experience is very disappointing. I really hope management takes steps to enhance patient care, communication, and time management.

As a tourist, I strongly advise against visiting this hospital. The bill ended up being 15 times higher than what they initially quoted after they saw my foreign passport. They refused to provide a proper breakdown of the charges, and when I expressed my concerns about the amount, the doctor kept asking, "Don’t you have insurance?" despite me telling him multiple times that I do not. After much back and forth, he did manage to slightly lower the bill. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting from abroad, as they seem to try to extract as much money from you as possible.
