Frustrating experience with physician's behavior

Today, I witnessed a troubling incident at Ward 15 of Badulla General Hospital. During his ward rounds, Dr. Bandusiri, the consultant physician, was examining patients when an issue arose involving a discharged patient who was still waiting for a report. In response, Dr. Bandusiri spoke harshly to the other doctors and staff before leaving the ward. He did not come back, despite having around 20 more patients to attend to. This left many patients feeling distressed and inconvenienced.

Exceptional Service for Vaccination

I received my rabies vaccine (4th dose) here and the service was outstanding. The staff showed a lot of compassion, and the price was very reasonable at about 3500 LKR, which is much better than the $70 I was quoted at a clinic in Ella. I was in and out in under an hour. Truly exceptional service.

Excellent Care at Badulla Hospital

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Badulla Hospital. Initially, I visited the clinic in Ella for a dog bite and was advised to go to the hospital. The atmosphere there was calm and peaceful, and I was seen right away by the nurses. The doctor I spoke with had excellent English and was very reassuring and informative. They provided my shots, and the entire process took about an hour and a half. Every staff member was friendly, and the total cost for the visit was just 7000.

Poor service from X-ray staff

The female staff at the X-ray unit are not caring for patients well. They fail to fulfill their responsibilities properly, providing incorrect dates to patients and asking them to return again.
