This is the most disappointing channeling center we've visited. The staff lacks communication with the doctors and seems unaware of their schedules. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

I had a very disappointing experience. I waited for hours just to see the doctor. The staff's handling of customers was inadequate, and communication among patients was lacking. It seems the doctors don't follow the institution's policies either. 😞😞

This place has serious issues. Instead of providing assistance, the customer support team mocks patients. Shouldn't trained professionals be the ones in these roles? I found their behavior to be quite unpleasant, even after attempting to reach out for help. While the doctors offer excellent service, I can't recommend this place to anyone. Is this how all customer support staff act? It leaves patients feeling uncomfortable. Those in charge need to address this situation. My review is based on my experience with the customer support team on 30/11/2021 at 6:30 PM.

The staff at the channeling center pharmacy provided very poor service. Although there are many employees available to assist with picking up prescriptions, they are quick to process payments. However, we end up waiting a long time to actually receive the medications. Overall, very disappointing service. 👎🏻👎🏻

The environment for patients is far from ideal. The number of rooms is cramped in a small area, leaving insufficient seating space. There's also a lack of ventilation, making it feel exhausting. Overall, this isn't a suitable place for a channeling center.

Despite being experienced consultants, I had no desire to visit this center again and definitely don’t recommend it. I’m baffled as to who authorized this channeling center. It was the worst experience I’ve had at such a place. There wasn't enough seating or space for patients, and the staff seemed clueless when I questioned them. They appeared unskilled and were even on video calls during their shifts. Customer service was terrible. I had an appointment for channeling, but when I arrived, my token was changed from 15 to 26. I urge management to take action to protect their reputation; otherwise, their business may struggle once the “Central Hospital” opens across from the General Hospital.

I strongly advise against visiting this place if you value your time and overall experience. It's disheartening to see so many people waiting here for over three hours! I spoke with others in the waiting area, and they mentioned that this lengthy wait is typical. The Channelling center expects patients to arrive three hours early and then just wait for their turn. Keep in mind that this is a private Channelling center, and their fees are comparable to those at private hospitals in Colombo. Many of the patients here are pregnant women. This was my final visit to this place, but I would be glad to assist these individuals if I can!

I had a terrible experience at Perlin Hospital in Badulla. I visited for a simple ECG, but the whole place had a strong smell of urine and felt very unclean and unsanitary. This is unacceptable for a private hospital, as patient health and cleanliness should be prioritized. In fact, this is the dirtiest private hospital I've encountered in Sri Lanka. I cannot recommend this hospital for any medical services.
