Surprising Bakery Experience

I happened to pass by this shop on my way to a salon appointment and decided to give it a try. Even though I didn't have enough cash to buy much, the staff really impressed me. They offered me samples of a cupcake and a cookie to enjoy with my single purchase. I was truly surprised by their kindness. It's rare to find such friendly and humble people with genuine hospitality, especially in a busy area like this. They reminded me of the folks back in my hometown. They encouraged me to come back and said, "Try this, miss. If it's good, come again, miss." ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good food, service hiccup

I recently stumbled upon this spot and decided to stop by. I purchased Kurakkan bread for 150 LKR and Viyana rolls at 70 LKR each. They mentioned online payments were accepted, so I paid online, but the owner/manager didn't receive the bank notification, which left me waiting for over 15 minutes. I eventually called to confirm if the payment had gone through and learned that the owner needed to check with the bank. Later that day, the owner kindly called to let me know the payment was received. The Viyana rolls were soft and delicious, but unfortunately, the Kurakkan bread wasn’t fresh. They offered a variety of food items in the shop and seemed to maintain good hygiene. However, since the place is a bit off the main road, they might be missing out on potential customers. Parking is also limited at this location.

Outstanding bread and service!

I get all my bread from this place; the staff is consistently friendly and cheerful. The service is top-notch and their bread quality is excellent. They truly deserve more customers and support!

Fresh and Delicious Treats

The food here is incredibly fresh and tasty. Although I haven't dined in, I've sampled the bread, buns, and cookies, and I truly appreciate their freshness. If they improved their advertising and offered online delivery through Uber Eats and Pick Me Foods, I believe more people would enjoy it as well. I've heard they are a subsidiary of Kandy Bakehouse.
