Terrible experience with eye clinic
This place is awful🤮🤮. I visited recently for an eye exam and mentioned that I wanted laser treatment. On my first visit, they told me to keep wearing glasses and asked me to return the next day without providing any information or reports. When I came back, they again recommended glasses and offered no further details. After reiterating my interest in laser treatment, they informed me it wasn't available there and had to be done in Colombo. They should have clarified this on my initial visit. It felt like a waste of time and money, and they just brought in another patient for the following day without any consideration. When I requested my reports, they refused to provide them. It was all very confusing. The staff were not professional. On the second day, the person administering the eye drops accidentally let the tissue touch my eye, causing tears to drip down. The liquid even ended up in my mouth when I applied it. They charge fees but don’t seem to take their responsibilities seriously. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly wouldn't refer friends here.
