Concern Over Poor Nursing Service

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the inadequate service I received from the nursing team at Arya Hospital during my recent stay. I am very worried about how the cannula was handled by the nursing staff. It was clear that they did not follow the proper procedures, and they seemed to lack the necessary skills and knowledge for inserting and managing the cannula. This kind of carelessness can result in serious issues, including infections related to the cannula, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. As a result of this experience, I have lost trust in the nursing team's ability to provide quality care. I believe this situation needs urgent attention from upper management to guarantee that adequate training, supervision, and patient safety standards are upheld.

Poor service and outdated facilities

This place is in really bad shape. It feels more like a channeling center than a hospital. The junior nursing staff and cash register receptionists seem untrained, which might be due to their low pay. On a positive note, the nursing supervisor was professional. However, the reception counter takes an excessive amount of time to process bills, and they seem to be using outdated printers. Additionally, the parking area for patients looks like it could easily attract thieves. I would never recommend this place.

Frustrating booking system experience

We reserved number 20, but upon arrival, we ended up waiting until after number 38 was called. The nurse explained that patients are seen in the order they arrive because she needs to complete reports. If that’s the case, what’s the point of the number booking system? It seems like issuing a receipt or queue number when you arrive would be more effective.
