I was quite let down by the consultation. Dr. Aruna Caldera seemed very rushed and didn’t take the time to listen to my symptoms or allow me to express myself. What worried me the most was that he didn’t review my medical reports and test results that I had brought along. Instead, he prescribed a generic, common medication without considering my history or reports. I felt completely ignored and am now looking for a second opinion.

I was really let down by my appointment with Dr. Aruna Caldera. It felt like the doctor wasn't interested in hearing about my symptoms and kept interrupting me. Even more importantly, he didn’t thoroughly examine the detailed medical reports and test results we brought along, only giving them a quick glance. The treatment plan I received seemed entirely generic and resembled what was prescribed to every other patient in line, showing a lack of personalized care for my specific situation and documents. I left feeling ignored and very worried about the level of care I received.
