Frustrating Delivery Experience

This is the absolute worst courier service I've encountered in Sri Lanka. The delivery riders frequently ask for directions but never arrive, constantly rescheduling instead. As a result, I end up waiting until the next weekend for my delivery. Even when I missed their call that weekend and returned it just three minutes later, they informed me it was rescheduled again. The following weekend, I didn't receive any call at all. I placed my order on February 15, and it has been stuck with these 'Trans Express Buuruwo' for weeks. How are they still in business?

Disappointing service and accountability issues

As a merchant, we're incredibly let down by the unprofessional support from this service. It's gone beyond just communication problems; we've actually sustained physical damage to our inventory due to their handling, and they refuse to take responsibility for it. We've been waiting over 30 days for a solution. Even after reaching out multiple times, all we've received is the runaround. We're continuously directed to different contact numbers and individuals, yet no one seems to take responsibility or provide a clear answer. This unreliability is unacceptable for a business partnership and has led to major delays in our operations. I strongly recommend other businesses consider alternatives if they care about professional communication, operational reliability, and the safety of their products. A month of silence regarding damaged items is both unprofessional and negligent.

Highly unprofessional service experience

The service was appalling, marked by extremely unprofessional conduct. Their communication was shockingly poor—no proper updates or clear responses, just a series of excuses. To make matters worse, they withheld extra money from my payment without providing any justification. We specifically requested that they wait until we could receive the parcel, but they disregarded our plea and left without making the delivery. Honestly, we should have reported them to the police for this. Proceed with caution if you consider using their service—they will take advantage of you and show a complete lack of respect.

Extremely Poor Courier Service

I had a terrible experience with the courier service, particularly from the Horana branch. They keep delaying deliveries, blaming it on a shortage of available riders and asking for more time. After that, they're unresponsive to phone calls and fail to provide any updates. I also tried reaching out to the head office hotline, but all I received was a promise that the branch would contact me. Sadly, no one followed up, and it seems there's no one willing to take accountability for either the delivery or the situation. This kind of service is very unprofessional and has caused me a lot of hassle. I suggest you think carefully before choosing them for your delivery needs.

Untrustworthy Delivery Service

Beware of these crafty delivery workers. They seem to never have change, so don’t give them any extra money. The first time I ordered, they took Rs. 25 from me, and the second time, they gave me change in Rs. 10, fully aware of their scheme. They then returned claiming Rs. 100 was missing. I handed them Rs. 100, but I wasn’t fooled this time and sent them away. Please monitor your staff—either teach them to be honest, ensure they have change, or pay them better without taking advantage of customers. While we usually tip out of courtesy, deceit is a whole different issue. These employees are quite disappointing. How can we trust you with our packages?

Horrible experience with courier service

I had a deeply troubling and unacceptable encounter with this courier service today. From the very first call in the morning, the courier was rude and confrontational. She insisted on knowing “what I had ordered” without properly introducing herself or the shop. As someone who orders from various platforms, how can I know which parcel it is without any hints? She also refused to provide any estimated delivery time. When she finally showed up, her behavior escalated to aggression, and she wouldn’t hand over my parcel. When I attempted to take what was rightfully mine, she physically resisted, leaving me with noticeable scars and bruises on my arm. Customers deserve to receive their deliveries safely and with respect. Being verbally abused and physically assaulted by a delivery agent is entirely unacceptable.

Frustrating and Disappointing Experience

My experience with this courier service has been incredibly disappointing. Over the last year, I've sent several packages from this branch because it was convenient, but six of them have arrived damaged, even though I packed them properly. The total loss has surpassed LKR 100,000. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability regarding these damages. As a business owner, this has impacted my finances and eroded my customers' trust. Frustrating experience with courier service
