The service here is extremely disappointing. The receptionist and the nursing staff show a lack of respect towards customers, often failing to treat patients with courtesy. Additionally, the receptionist is unable to provide updates on whether the doctor has arrived for appointments. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with the service, especially the call center. They seem unaware of the doctors' availability. As a pregnant woman, I wanted to see Dr. Chandana Peiris, so I called last Thursday to schedule an appointment. The person I spoke to said that the doctor would be available this Sunday at 12 noon and even assigned me token number 01. However, when I arrived on time, the receptionist told me that Dr. Chandana Peiris was not available that day. What's going on? My name was listed in their appointment book, yet they didn't apologize for the mix-up. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

The management system at this center is extremely outdated, almost like it's from the Stone Age. It's crucial to introduce a payment system for doctors and switch to a computerized system instead of depending on handwritten notes and manual file collection. This change would significantly alleviate the mental strain on both customers and staff.

I want to share my serious concerns about the current management, especially regarding the channeling services. My experience shows a significant lack of organization and reliability. The management of channeling services is very poor. The staff appear to be unaware of when doctors will arrive, and there's no reliable method for confirming appointments. Just relying on phone call confirmations isn’t enough, as customers don't have any solid proof of their channeling bookings. This leads to considerable inconvenience and uncertainty. I strongly recommend that immediate improvements be made in these areas to create a more efficient and customer-friendly experience.

One staff member lacks basic humanity. The security guards are unhelpful and don't communicate well with people. Plus, there's no available parking for vehicles, making the experience even worse.😡

This was the worst experience I've had in the health sector. The staff and management displayed a high level of irresponsibility by mixing up patients' X-rays, which were then shown to the consultant. As a result, the doctor misdiagnosed the patient. It wasn't until we pointed out the mistake that they realized it was the wrong X-ray. Even after we notified them of the error, the management refused to acknowledge their fault. They are truly shameless and irresponsible. I would never recommend this dreadful place to anyone.

The service here is terrible. We arrived on time, but the doctor kept us waiting for almost an hour. What kind of service is this? Patients come to receive treatment, and when we visited the channeling center, they took our money right away. However, there was no information provided about the doctor's schedule. If patients can be patient, they might as well skip taking medication entirely. Please improve the service process, as you rely on our money.

On May 15, 2026, I had a very unsatisfactory visit to this channeling center. After the VOG doctor completed the scan, he clearly stated that I shouldn't have to pay for it this time since I need another scan next month. However, the staff took my file and charged me, claiming a scan had been conducted, despite the doctor's instructions not to charge. Additionally, they failed to provide my actual scan report. When I requested the report, they took about 10 minutes to bring me a different document with an incorrect time on it. Overall, the service was lacking and unprofessional. Patients deserve to be treated with honesty and fairness.
