    Exceptional care and kindness

    I want to sincerely thank the entire hospital staff for their outstanding care and kindness. A special mention goes to Orthopedic surgeon Nihal Fernando and Nursing Officer Madhu; their professionalism, compassion, and dedication made a significant impact during my dad's stay. Their support, patience, and friendly demeanor provided immense comfort during a tough time. I also want to recognize all the other staff members who assisted us with respect and efficiency. Your teamwork and positive attitudes truly showcase the best in healthcare. Additionally, a heartfelt thanks to the ambulance service team, who responded swiftly and managed everything with great care and responsibility. Your service is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your remarkable commitment and for making a difficult experience much more manageable.

    Very disappointing appointment experience

    I had a terrible experience today and need to formally file a complaint about how my appointment was handled. I initially had an appointment set for 8:00 AM with token number 2. However, it was canceled and rescheduled to 4:00 PM. When the change was made, I was assigned token number 4 instead of keeping my original token. When I inquired about this, I was told that only four tokens were available at that moment and that others had already been given to different patients. This felt very unfair. I arrived right at 4:00 PM, made my payment, and then waited until 4:30 PM. Since the doctor still hadn’t arrived, I reached out to the reception and was informed that the doctor wouldn’t be coming until 5:30 PM. This situation is incredibly disappointing. If there was going to be a delay, patients should have been notified ahead of time so they could decide to either wait or reschedule. Instead, our time was wasted with no proper communication. You charge around 500 rupees from each patient, yet the service and information provided are so poor. This treatment is unacceptable and makes it feel like patients are not valued.

    Frustrating hospital experience

    My visit to this hospital was quite disappointing. For two full days, the elevator was out of service, which created significant challenges for patients, particularly the elderly and those with mobility issues, as they had to navigate a narrow staircase. The hospital itself feels cramped. There’s hardly any room, and important areas such as the reception, OPD, HDU, and even the theater are all packed into a small space, giving off an overcrowded and chaotic vibe. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating despite the inadequate facilities. However, there's a clear need for improved infrastructure and better space management to ensure proper care for patients.

    Concerns About Appointment Scheduling

    I want to share my concerns about the appointment scheduling at your dental clinic. I brought my son in for a tooth filling, and we had appointment number 5 with the doctor expected at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doctor didn't arrive even after we waited. While we were there, I chatted with other patients who mentioned that this issue occurs often and that the appointment times frequently don’t align with the doctor’s actual availability. I kindly suggest reviewing and improving the scheduling process to better reflect the doctor’s availability, as long wait times can be tough on both kids and their parents. Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope it leads to better service for future patients.

    Exceptional Care at Seth Sevana

    My wife and I engaged with Seth Sevana Hospital for 10 months, and overall, our experience has been positive. We chose Seth Sevana for the delivery of our baby after booking a room early on, where the staff kindly explained the packages and room features. They even took us to view the rooms, which were all in excellent working order. The staff is incredibly friendly, and nurses visited us regularly, providing valuable advice. Our meals were tailored to our requests and sourced from Gemi Gedara, and they were delicious without any artificial flavors or spices. The food was well-packaged for patients. The rooms came equipped with ovens, refrigerators, hot water, and satellite TVs. The doctors are experienced and check in frequently, monitoring sugar levels and temperatures as needed. The cleanliness of the rooms is outstanding, and the service charges are quite reasonable. We are grateful to the staff at Seth Sevana for their support during my wife's delivery. I highly recommend Seth Sevana for childbirth.

    Disappointing Experience at Hospital

    I was extremely let down by my visit to Seth Sevana Hospital in Kurunegala. We had an appointment with a Head and Neck specialist at 8:30 PM, but after waiting until 10:00 PM, the doctor never appeared. Each time we inquired at the reception, we received the same line about the doctor being 'on the way,' but he never showed up. This was a complete waste of time and displayed highly unprofessional management. If you're considering this hospital, be prepared for your appointment time to be disregarded. It's better to seek a more dependable facility to avoid the stress.

    Smooth experience with convenient parking

    I visited for a channeling, and everything went quite smoothly. They have an in-house pharmacy, which is a plus. There's a dedicated parking area next to the hospital block, but you can also park on the road if needed.

    During my stay in the in-patient care unit, I had a fantastic experience. The staff were consistently kind and very professional, ensuring I felt cared for and comfortable at all times. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and the attached bathrooms, which had hot water showers, were spotless and hygienic, although they weren't fully accessible for those with disabilities. I particularly valued the meal flexibility. You can order according to your preferences, and they even provide food from Gami Gedara, which was tasty and felt like home. The air-conditioned rooms cater to various budgets, making quality care attainable without sacrificing comfort. In summary, this facility is very well-run and genuinely prioritizes patients. I highly recommend it!
