The Richmond Inn is fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring our comfort. Mr. Shiyam was especially helpful and supportive. Everything was just right. The rooms were nice. If you're in Nuwara Eliya, this hotel is a must-stay.

Our group of five spent a night at Richmond Inn, and it was a fantastic experience. The cost was quite reasonable given the high standard of cleanliness and the assistance from the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The room was cozy, the hot water shower worked well, and the hosts were wonderful, even arranging a trip to World's End for us. The wifi was impressively fast too. You get all this for a fantastic price. It's just a short walk or a quick tuk-tuk ride into town. Thank you, we had a great stay!

This place is conveniently located near the center and a lovely lake. However, we visited during a heatwave, so I can picture how the room might feel damp and chilly in the winter. Just a heads up if you're planning to go when it's cold.

This was definitely our favorite stay in Sri Lanka. It's situated about a 15-minute walk from the center in a peaceful neighborhood. The room was spacious, clean, and filled with light - honestly, the best value we've experienced. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities matched the descriptions perfectly. The staff, Raja, Saga, and Sham, truly enhanced our experience. When my girlfriend fell ill during our visit, we needed to extend our stay by an additional three days, and they were incredibly considerate and kind - bringing tea to our room and ensuring we were comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast prepared by Saga was fantastic! Thank you for an amazing stay at Richmond Inn, Raja, Saga, and Sham. 🙏🙏

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The bed was spacious and featured a cozy duvet. Everything was spotless. I recommend booking directly with the host, as using common booking platforms eats into their hard-earned profits.

From the start, the hosts were incredibly attentive, always checking in on us and offering assistance. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the bathroom was in excellent shape. Breakfast was tasty, and we even enjoyed a Sri Lankan breakfast one day after being offered that option the night before. Shaga, one of the hosts, went above and beyond by preparing breakfast earlier than the usual time since we had an early departure. The quality and price were outstanding, and the location was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place.
