The doctor is very skilled and has a wealth of experience. They take the time to listen to their patients and conduct a thorough examination. Their knowledge enables them to pinpoint the root cause of the pain and respond appropriately. I highly recommend them. However, parking is limited.

Terrible experience with rude staff

On October 28, 2022, at 3:15 PM, I made an appointment to address my wisdom tooth pain. However, when I arrived, two women were present—one in a white coat and the other in casual attire. The woman in the white coat informed me that Dr. Padma was out for a while. When I inquired about how long I would need to wait, she began shouting at me, mistakenly thinking she was the doctor. She told me that if I couldn't wait, I should just come back another day. I pointed out that I had made an appointment, but she ignored me and didn’t even check the appointment list. It was a truly awful experience! 🚫 Avoid this place at all costs! 🚫 They will shout at you. What a dreadful experience. They act as if they are the only dental clinic in Sri Lanka. You're going to lose a lot of customers because of this! Thanks for ruining my day. Now, go to hell with your staff. To anyone reading this review, please heed my advice and steer clear of this establishment. We pay for services and waste our time on checkups like this, yet they show no concern. If you want to waste your time, just make an appointment here. This is my genuine experience, and I made sure to include the time and date. Just stay away from this place! ❌

This is the best dentist for dental concerns. The staff is kind and caring, and the fees are very reasonable. They truly listen to every detail a patient shares. Some patients have mentioned the waiting times; however, it's important to recognize that they allocate reasonable intervals between appointments. The examination duration varies based on each patient's needs—some may require over an hour, while others might only take five minutes.
