    I had my first visit to this dental clinic today. I want to give a special shoutout to the young doctor who thoroughly explained the dental implant procedure to me.     I recently underwent two procedures with Dr. Nirmala and couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Both procedures were absolutely pain-free, which is a huge relief for anyone who has ever dreaded a trip to the dentist!
