Extremely Disappointing experience with present solution
I purchased a **brand-new Apple iPhone 16 from Present Solution**, expecting a genuine new device and proper after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Within **less than one week of purchasing the phone**, the display started blinking. I immediately contacted Present Solution, but instead of providing a phone-to-phone replacement, I was told that the only option was to send the phone to Apple Care. While my phone was being sent for service, I was given a second-hand replacement phone to use. That phone also had issues, so I had to return again and was given another phone. This happened at the cost of **several hours and multiple visits**. After around **two months**, I finally received the phone back. I went to the store, transferred all my data and took the phone home. Unfortunately, the **same display blinking issue appeared again**. Once again, I was given the options of sending the phone to Apple Care or exchanging it for another second-hand phone. What made the situation even more concerning was that, after some time, Present Solution informed me that **the phone I had been using was actually another customer's phone and that it had the same blinking issue and had been sent to Apple Care**. I was then told that I needed to exchange the phone. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time dealing with this issue, visiting the store, transferring my data repeatedly and trying to get a proper solution. To make matters worse, **several of my calls to Present Solution were not answered**. I purchased a **brand-new iPhone 16**, not a device that would result in months of repeated problems, multiple visits, replacement phones and uncertainty about which phone actually belongs to me. I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled and with the lack of proper communication and customer service Based on my personal experience, **I would strongly advise customers not to purchase mobile phones from present solutions. Full of cheaters and liers are working there. Don’t ever believe their words.
