Asia Hospital stands out as one of the finest medical facilities in the region. The service is professional and worth the investment, starting from the welcoming reception all the way through to the treatments. The check-in process was straightforward, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly reception staff. The nurses and doctors were also exceptional. Thank you, and keep up the great work, Asia Hospital!

My wife and I went to Asia Hospitals for a comprehensive medical check-up. Overall, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout the process, which we truly appreciated. That said, I want to highlight a few important points. Be sure to verify your medical receipt before leaving, especially your full name. It seems their printers might not be properly calibrated, as part of our name was cut off on the receipt. This could pose a problem if you intend to file an insurance claim, so ensure everything is printed correctly. Additionally, they have a small pharmacy, and many items were unavailable during our visit. Despite these concerns, the staff service was acceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience. The hospital staff's communication with patients was lacking. Even for an OPD appointment, I faced a long wait to see the doctor. There was only one doctor on duty, and he often stepped out to tend to other patients, leaving everyone in the waiting area without any updates. To make matters worse, the nurses and staff failed to keep patients informed about the delays. It felt like no one cared about the lengthy waits or the inconvenience caused. The overall absence of communication, organization, and regard for patients' time turned this visit into a highly frustrating ordeal.

My experience at this private hospital was the worst I've ever had. I had to come here twice because they do have some good doctors, but the staff is incredibly unprofessional. I was highly disappointed with the front desk staff, who were full of attitude towards patients. Even a government hospital's clinic staff would be more helpful and friendly than these front desk employees. They seem completely untrained in providing quality customer service. They weren't helpful and had no idea how to guide a patient to see a doctor. They didn't even know whether the doctor was available. It was appalling to witness the low-quality receptionists shouting at patients without any respect, and they even referred to doctors by their first names without any titles like Dr. or Madam/Sir. I really hope the management takes action against these front desk workers, as they tarnish the reputation of the entire place being the first point of contact. I will NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone! 👎👎👎👎
