    Supportive staff, good rates

    The owner and staff are incredibly helpful. We traveled from Matara and spent three nights here for shopping and personal reasons. This is the best place in Dehiwala for affordable rates.

    Room cleanliness issues

    The pictures looked decent, so we decided to book a five-night stay. We checked in at 9 PM and had to pay upfront for room 5000, as they insisted on payment before we entered. However, the room was quite dirty and not set up as we had requested, particularly the bathroom.

    I was quite let down. The owner and staff at the hotel were really unfriendly. The room felt unsafe and was poorly maintained. Passersby could easily see in through the windows. I wouldn't recommend this place for families at all.

    Unpleasant experience with rude owner

    I highly advise against booking this property. The owner, Gamage, was extremely rude and used inappropriate language. I had a confirmed 3-night booking through booking.com, but he contacted me via WhatsApp and pressured me to cancel. When I called to inquire about the reasons, he was very disrespectful on the phone. This place is unreliable, and you could find yourself in a difficult situation at the last minute.
