Dear Dr. Eranda, I’m writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to you, Dr. Naduni, and the entire team at Rover Veterinary Hospital for the outstanding care, compassion, and support you offered to Buddy, my wife, our family, and me throughout his life. Although Buddy has passed away peacefully, leaving a significant void in our hearts, we are reminded of the incredible people who supported us during his journey. The care you, Dr. Naduni, and the staff provided exceeded our expectations in every way. What truly moved us was your commitment to Buddy's well-being over financial considerations. Whether it was a late-night phone call, an emergency visit, or simply reassuring us, you prioritized Buddy's health above all else. You consistently showed that real care, attention, and compassion are paramount. There were numerous times when we were abroad and Buddy needed urgent care. You and your team responded promptly and ensured he received the necessary treatment, often going above and beyond what was required. This dedication is becoming increasingly rare. I recall moments when we left the hospital without paying a bill right away, including the day we said our last goodbyes to Buddy. Your team never made us feel awkward about finances during such a difficult time, which is something we will always cherish. As a businessman, I don’t usually take the time to write letters like this, but the care you provided for our family pet deserves recognition. Buddy was never just a patient; your team treated him with respect, love, and genuine concern. You understood the deep emotional bond between us and our beloved pet. The kindness and sensitivity you showed during significant moments in our lives reflected your concern for not just the animal but also for us as a family. This level of empathy is not something you can learn; it comes from the heart. I also want to extend my gratitude to Dr. Naduni and everyone involved in Buddy’s care over the years.
