The customer service and auto service here are truly outstanding. I traveled two and a half hours to reach the shop, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The owner consistently kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process, especially since I had significant work done on my car. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs.

I can’t recommend this place enough! A huge shoutout to the owner for his assistance last Saturday. Even though he was swamped, he made me feel like a top priority by personally fixing the master break pump. It’s not often you come across a manager so committed to their customers. Thank you, it truly means a lot!

I decided to check out the workshop after hearing multiple recommendations. With their spare parts shop conveniently located right across the street, there's no need to go searching elsewhere for what you need. I initially came in for a routine front shock absorber replacement, but the staff discovered that my steering rack needed a bush replacement and the stabiliser links were in poor condition. They promptly sent the rack off for refurbishing the bushes and quickly replaced the shocks (KYB), mounting kits, and links (555). They even had a spring compressor available for the shock replacement. Gayan, who took care of my service, was very patient as I asked him numerous questions, which was a relief. To ensure my rear shocks were in good shape, he even rode in the boot with his hands on the mounting points 👏🏻. I arrived right at 8 AM and left the workshop around 2:30 PM with everything completed. Most importantly, the cost was reasonable, and they won’t try to overcharge you.

While traveling from Matara to a wedding, we experienced a minor vehicle breakdown. Upon our arrival, the staff was attentive and made our situation much more manageable. A big thank you to Mr. Kanchana for his help.

His lack of respectful communication with customers and service seekers is concerning, especially as you aim to grow your business. It's important to reflect on how retaining someone referred to as a "head bass" could negatively impact your organization's reputation and development.

After a friend's suggestion, I visited this garage for the third time, and I must say their service is impressively efficient and dependable. The quality of their work is outstanding. The staff is not only friendly but also professional and eager to assist. I haven't encountered a garage in Colombo that offers such trustworthy service. Highly recommended!!!!
