Frustrating phone experience
I've been trying to reach them for a few days to purchase two tyres. Initially, they put me on hold for over 6 minutes, and today, they disconnected the call about four times.

Excellent Customer Service and Warranty
I bought four tyres, and after roughly three years, the steel wires in the front left tyre broke despite not having driven at least 18,000 KM. Even though I lost the original invoice, they were able to check their system, inspect the tyres, and process the warranty claim. About two weeks later, they notified me that the warranty had been approved, and I received a refund for half the value of the tyres. The money was transferred to my account within a day. They provide wonderful service, and I appreciate their excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
