Olympic Tire House offers excellent service. Even in a busy setting, the staff was quick and efficient. The prices are fair, and you can conveniently have your wheel alignment done at the same time.

Olympic Tyre House offered an exceptionally professional service for my puncture repair. I arrived with my spare tyre, and they took it off to fix it correctly from the inside. The repair was executed neatly and with great professionalism. I appreciated their service and meticulous attention to detail! 👍 …

I wouldn't recommend this tyre shop for motorcycle riders. It seems they favor cars over bikes, and the attention given to motorbike customers is quite poor. I stopped by around 8:30–9:00 a.m. because I had a sudden puncture in my rear tyre. There were no other vehicles there, but the worker's first response felt dismissive, almost as if my request was a bother. Just as I was about to leave, he begrudgingly agreed to fix the puncture. Once they removed the tyre and rim and found the puncture, a car pulled in for a tyre change. The worker immediately left my bike to focus on changing all four tyres for the car. I waited until they finished before they got back to my bike. After paying and getting home, I realized the tyre had been mounted incorrectly—the directional arrow was facing the wrong way. This careless error cost me extra at another shop to fix. Motorcycle riders should be cautious. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail here isn't worth the trouble. Look for shops that show respect for all vehicles and their drivers.

They have some of the best prices for tyres in the area and a solid selection available. However, the space for parking is quite limited. I was just making a quick visit, but I noticed they add a 3% fee for card transactions. Unfortunately, I had to wait around 20 minutes to get my bank transfer confirmed.

This is one of the top spots for wheel alignment and tyre problems. The staff is very helpful and treats your vehicle like it’s their own.

Olympic Tyre House stands out as an excellent choice for tyre replacement, repairs, and wheel alignment, utilizing modern technology. I reached out to them via phone to ask about premium tyres for my Toyota. The staff were very polite and clearly detailed the available brands and options. I called on Saturday, and when I arrived at their location across from Havelock Road on Sunday, the tyres I requested were already set aside for my car, which was incredibly convenient. The tyre replacement and wheel alignment were completed swiftly and with professionalism. The team was friendly, efficient, and well-organized, ensuring a seamless experience. They have a solid selection of branded tyres, and the pricing is quite fair given the level of service they offer. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and glad I chose this establishment. If you need dependable tyre replacement, repairs, or alignment in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend Olympic Tyre House. 🚗🔧👍

My experience at Olympic Tire House was very disappointing. When I tried to pay with a card, they insisted on cash instead. I inquired about the reason, and they mentioned a surcharge, but I was shocked to discover that the tire price had risen significantly, far exceeding the typical 3% card fee. To make matters worse, after I negotiated, the staff didn't seem confident in how to calculate the extra amount, which was quite discouraging. Additionally, after finalizing the purchase, I had to go outside to find the tire fitter/technician myself to get the tire replaced. Once a transaction is complete, I expect some basic coordination between the sales team and the fitting crew, rather than having to chase people down. Overall, the whole experience felt unprofessional and poorly organized. This is definitely not the service I anticipated.
