Disappointing Wedding Decoration Experience

We were extremely let down by our wedding decoration experience. We invested nearly 19 lakhs expecting something grand and beautiful for our special day, as Hasantha assured us that with this budget, they could create something wonderful. Unfortunately, the end result fell far short of our expectations. The table décor sample we were shown was elegant and well-coordinated, but on the wedding day, every table looked completely different, with mismatched colors and designs. I had explicitly stated from the beginning that there should be no green at our wedding, and we requested only pink, gold, and white. Instead, the décor turned out to be a chaotic mix of colors that didn’t match at all. The entrance décor was also very disappointing; it appeared as if we could have done it ourselves without spending so much. The settee back setup was poorly executed and looked inadequate for a wedding of this size and budget. What’s most upsetting is that we trusted them like family and confidently told our friends and family they would deliver an incredible job. Instead, we felt stressed, embarrassed, frustrated, and let down on one of the most significant days of our lives. When clients invest this much for their wedding, it’s crucial not to make decisions or changes without consulting them. It’s important to fulfill what was requested and promised. Honestly, after seeing the final result, I believe many couples could probably arrange better decorations on their own rather than spending this amount. For the budget we paid, we expected professionalism, attention to detail, and quality—not mismatched colors, unexpected changes, and unsatisfactory setups. Now that it’s all over and can’t be changed, I sincerely hope no other couple has to endure this level of stress and disappointment on their wedding day.

Disappointed with Wedding Decorations

We were incredibly let down by the service and the final outcome. The decorations we received were nothing like what we discussed and were promised during the planning stages. The flower arrangements were subpar, the color scheme was totally different from what we requested, and many of the important details we asked for were overlooked. After spending months planning our wedding, we felt disappointed on one of the most significant days of our lives. The flowers were especially disappointing. They were a crucial part of our mood board and design conversations, yet they were hardly noticeable in the final setup. The table arrangements, entrance décor, poruwa, and overall styling were inconsistent and fell short of the promised standard. Effective communication and assurances mean little if the final outcome does not align with expectations. Couples put in a lot of time, money, and trust into their wedding day, and that trust should be respected. Sadly, our experience left us feeling upset, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. Shame, shame, shame.

Disappointing florist for weddings

I was very let down by Hasantha as our florist. The flowers on our wedding day didn't resemble what we had envisioned, and the decorations were of low quality. Our wedding is a moment we can never reclaim, and the flowers really fell short of expectations. While the team was friendly during our discussions, the final outcome was disappointing. We placed our trust in them for our special day, but sadly, they compromised the overall appearance of the ceremony. I cannot recommend them. Please, don't entrust your big day to these people; they could ruin both your wedding and your peace of mind.

Disappointed with Wedding Decorations

I am extremely disappointed with the wedding decorations. Everything looked vastly different from what we were promised. The flowers were subpar, and despite specifically requesting roses, there were hardly any on our wedding day. The colors, table arrangements, and overall decor were inconsistent, and it honestly ruined the entire event for us. We placed our trust in you, believing you would help create our dream wedding, but instead, it turned into a stressful and heartbreaking experience. Don’t be swayed by their charming words and promises. They might speak well, but the final result was far from what we had discussed. Shame on you, Madara (Chapa) and owner Hasantha, for ruining such a significant day in our lives.

Outstanding Service from Petals
