Disappointing service experience

I was really let down by the service I received. I had clearly communicated to the team several times that I would be picking up the flowers at a certain time and even paid in full ahead of time since I was in a hurry to attend an event. Yet, when I got there, the bouquet wasn't ready. This created unnecessary stress and hassle for me. I was hoping for a more dependable and professional service, particularly after confirming the timing in advance.

Disappointed with flower quality

I was quite let down by what this store offered. The roses were not fresh at all. I ordered a bouquet of roses, lilies, and chrysanthemums for 10k, but it didn't feel like I received that value in roses and lilies. It seemed mostly filled with lower-quality flowers. When I requested a cost breakdown based on the flowers included and their prices, I was informed that they don't provide that information. This seems unreasonable, especially since they charge per stem; how did they arrive at the total cost?
