Terrible Experience with Bad Service
I've never had such a negative experience at any restaurant before. The food was really disappointing in terms of flavor. We ordered a variety of Dosas (around four), but they only provided enough chutney for one Dosa, and the waiter was quite unwilling to refill it. The presentation and service were also lacking. We ordered Pooris, and they brought us four Pooris in a single basket with just one small serving of potato curry. Despite having four people at our table, we received no plates or water glasses at all. The service was extremely poor. The taste was unimaginably bad. The staff were unfriendly and treated us as if we were expecting free food. It's disheartening because even strangers deserve better treatment. The only positive aspect was the atmosphere, but good ambiance doesn't matter without decent food and attentive staff. Overall, this was a waste of money and it ruined our evening's expectations.
