I absolutely love this restaurant in Vavuniya! Their seafood nasi goreng is incredibly tasty. The service is top-notch, meals arrive promptly, and the atmosphere is consistently clean and inviting.

Today, we had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The gentleman who took our orders was friendly, genuine, and patient. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We ordered veg kottu, chicken kottu, chicken noodles, mushroom soup, chicken corn soup, and chicken rice. Everything we tasted was delightful 🥰😋. We spent a total of 7,000 LKR. One small recommendation would be to slightly increase the portion sizes, as we enjoyed the food so much that a little more would have been ideal — but overall, we left very satisfied with our visit.

On a few occasions, our security team observed that your motorcycle remained in our parking area until late at night while you left in another vehicle. This is not the intended use of our customer parking facility. Given the current security environment in Sri Lanka, our security personnel must ensure safety for all customers and property. Thus, they politely reminded you of this policy. We apologize if this interaction caused any inconvenience. We do have CCTV footage and relevant records. If you feel there's any misunderstanding, we welcome you to discuss this with our management team. We are happy to review the evidence with you and ensure clarity. White Stone Restaurant is committed to a safe and welcoming experience for all. Thank you. Management White Stone Restaurant". I had a very disappointing experience. First off, it was definitely not midnight or unreasonable timing. I chose your restaurant to enjoy a nice meal and spend time in a pleasant environment, but you failed to provide that experience, particularly in your first-floor dining area. I kindly ask you to check your CCTV footage again. I was already feeling quite unpleasant and decided to leave after that disappointment, which led me to park my motorcycle. At that moment, your security guard's way of speaking to me was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. His choice of words and overall attitude were not how one should communicate with another person. I have never encountered such rudeness or inappropriate communication before. This is completely true. His behavior was entirely unprofessional. What was even more disheartening was the demeanor of the person on the phone claiming to be the manager. His response gave off a vibe of "we're above you, and no one can question us." This kind of attitude towards customers is very disappointing and harmful to a business. I should also mention that the other staff members present were quite kind, especially the female staff member who acted professionally and respectfully. Please do not attempt to justify or normalize this behavior. Customer service and respect should be the foundation of any restaurant. If you continue with staff like this, I genuinely believe it will hurt your business in the future. Due to this experience, I will not recommend your restaurant to my friends, family, or anyone I know. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve customer treatment.
