    Great venue for events and gatherings

    This hotel is an ideal spot for birthday celebrations, family reunions, and get-togethers with friends. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant, consistently welcomes us and strives to provide excellent service. Over the past two years, I’ve hosted several events here, and the attentiveness of the staff has always been impressive. Particularly, Mr. Dissanayake and Mr. Lochana have consistently offered outstanding service without any hesitation. The food is both delicious and beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend this hotel for hosting functions or events.

    Great location but food disappoints

    The location is fantastic, and the rooms are clean, although the standard ones feel a bit cramped. The amenities are tidy and well-stocked. The service team is friendly and accommodating. However, the food left much to be desired. I ordered the green Thai chicken, but it was completely different from what I expected—dry with no coconut gravy at all. The devilled cuttlefish was overcooked, tough as leather. It seems the kitchen could use some retraining or perhaps the dishes need renaming. Additionally, the restaurant's billing system doesn't allow for individual checks when dining as a group. Who has heard of that? I'm also unsure if the checkout process will be the same way.
