The food was tasty, and the service exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the location is convenient for exploring Badulla town. I stayed at Crown Regency in Badulla last Friday, and I found the booking process to be straightforward and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and courteous, and parking was easily accessible. The hotel is conveniently located near various amenities. To my surprise, the triple room I booked was much larger than the one I had at a hilltop hotel in Kandy. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and I was thrilled to find a bathtub included. While there might be some noise from wedding events if you're seeking complete silence, I overall enjoyed my stay, as the banquet hall was well-distanced from the guest rooms. In summary, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We really enjoyed our time at Crown Regency. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-kept. Breakfast was tasty, offering a nice variety of choices, and the service was commendable and attentive. Manager Dissanayake was very helpful. All in all, it was a delightful experience, and we would gladly return.

This hotel is an ideal spot for birthday celebrations, family reunions, and get-togethers with friends. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant, consistently welcomes us and strives to provide excellent service. Over the past two years, I’ve hosted several events here, and the attentiveness of the staff has always been impressive. Particularly, Mr. Dissanayake and Mr. Lochana have consistently offered outstanding service without any hesitation. The food is both delicious and beautifully presented.
