    Great location but food disappoints

    The location is fantastic, and the rooms are clean, although the standard ones feel a bit cramped. The amenities are tidy and well-stocked. The service team is friendly and accommodating. However, the food left much to be desired. I ordered the green Thai chicken, but it was completely different from what I expected—dry with no coconut gravy at all. The devilled cuttlefish was overcooked, tough as leather. It seems the kitchen could use some retraining or perhaps the dishes need renaming. Additionally, the restaurant's billing system doesn't allow for individual checks when dining as a group. Who has heard of that? I'm also unsure if the checkout process will be the same way.

    We recently celebrated our wedding at this amazing hotel. From beginning to end, the service was truly outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi, the Manager, who was incredibly helpful and offered fantastic guidance throughout the process. He is genuinely kind and made us feel very comfortable. We also want to recognize Ms. Rasanjalee, our Event Coordinator. She is highly skilled at her job, extremely supportive, organized, and attentive to every detail. The entire team was wonderfully helpful, the event management was seamless, and the food menu was absolutely delicious.
