Disappointing evening service at pharmacy

The evening pharmacy staff's complete lack of empathy and professionalism is frankly appalling. While patients and their families are stuck in lengthy queues, the staff seems uninterested in helping them. Rather than dispensing medicine urgently, they can be observed: - Indifferently organizing shelves while ignoring the line. - Grooming themselves behind the counter. - Joking and chatting amongst themselves as people in need wait. It's incredibly unprofessional to witness healthcare workers prioritizing their own social interactions and personal appearance over the welfare of patients. Given that this place has been a trusted name in the community for so long, this level of neglect is unacceptable. I truly hope management will take swift action to oversee the evening shifts and restore the high standard of care that Sethma used to represent. Very disappointed!!!

Disappointing Experience with Urgent Need

As a foreign medical graduate, my visit to Sethma Pharmacy was quite disheartening. I urgently needed IV antibiotics but was asked to show a doctor ID, which I didn't have at the time. Despite explaining that I’m a medical professional and that this was for an emergency, the staff didn't respond appropriately. I get that verification procedures are essential, but in urgent situations, there should be room for professional communication and flexibility. I had traveled a considerable distance of about 30 km, yet I left without the medication I needed, and the interaction felt unprofessional and discouraging. Other pharmacies have managed similar situations with more understanding and professionalism. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I cannot recommend this pharmacy for urgent medical needs.
