Poor service and no receipt
The customer service was terrible, and the sales staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves. Additionally, they didn't even provide a price receipt (bill).

Poor service at Jarama pharmacy
I would never recommend this pharmacy. Be cautious! There’s a staff member named Jarama whose work is terrible, as if they’re just handing out medicine for the money. On 26/12/2025, they sell cheap medicine.

Best service ever had...

Unreliable opening hours
On April 7, 2026, at 7:40 AM, I visited to pick up some medicine for my child. Google stated they opened at 7:30 AM, but the place was closed. I attempted to call them, but they didn’t answer, and this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. I feel like my time was wasted! They need to be more responsible in their job. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Decline in Service Quality
They were once good, but that's no longer the case. The attitude has become very poor, and customers are being neglected despite having enough staff. I can't recommend them anymore. There are better pharmacies in Gampaha that provide good customer service.
