This is the worst place to get medicine. They take a long time to provide medication and the customer service is very poor. I do not recommend this place for getting medicine.

Terrible Service Experience
The service here is the worst I've ever encountered. It feels like the staff have no interest in their jobs, as they were watching TV while working. I waited nearly an hour, and after that long wait, many of the medications were unavailable. I would never recommend this place for emergencies. They don’t even deserve a 1-star rating.

Inefficient service with token system
The restaurant still relies on a manual token system, and their prices are on par with another pharmacy. The service was quite sluggish.

Frustrating Experience with Prescription Service
While other pharmacies are embracing new technologies, this one has reverted to outdated methods. I requested that they prepare my medication using a prescription I sent via WhatsApp until I could bring in the hard copy, but they refused. It seems they don't know how to cater to their longtime customers anymore.

Terrible Service Experience
This was the worst experience I've ever had. It took an eternity to receive service. The staff were rude and seemed completely uninterested in their jobs. Absolutely the worst experience ever!
