Convenient pharmacy with great stock
This is a medium-sized pharmacy that boasts a substantial inventory and has more than six staff members. During most of my visits, I find that the medications I need are available. The only downside I've observed is that it tends to be quite busy in the evenings—though I can't say if that's typical for all pharmacies.

Missing medication and poor service
I requested 5 cards of amoxicillin from them today. Once I got home, I found that one was missing from my package. Additionally, there was another medicine listed on the bill, but unfortunately, that one wasn't in the bag either. Disappointing service overall. I'm very let down.

Disappointing customer service experience
The reception and customer service were extremely poor. There was no sense of authenticity towards customers, even to a long-time loyal one, which is truly disappointing. Yesterday, we purchased an IR lamp and asked if it could be replaced in case of any defects or issues. They assured us it could. But just a day later, when we discovered it wasn't working and tried to exchange it, they suddenly said it couldn't be replaced. How is that acceptable? They need to do better. Please, don't treat customers this way.
