This pharmacy is one of the oldest in Gampaha town, situated on Mery Biso Road, close to Gampaha Hospital. It has a convenient location and offers quick and efficient service to its customers. However, the parking area is quite limited.

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to. There is absolutely no customer care, and the staff is unfriendly. I saw two elderly individuals sitting there, acting like royalty while treating customers as if we were begging for medicine. People visit pharmacies to obtain medication for their illnesses, but this place can turn into a nightmare instead.

This pharmacy is one of the oldest in Gampaha, now run by the third generation. The owners continue to uphold a high standard of service. Their prices are very reasonable, even before any discounts! One of the standout features is their excellent customer service, which is very convenient. They take the time to explain the medications before you place your order. I visited to purchase some medicine, but it turned out to be a complete scam. As a doctor, I know these medicines should only cost around 200 rupees. Initially, they quoted me a price of Rs 1600. When I pointed out that this was excessive and specifically requested the SPC brand, they then claimed the price was Rs 677. I paid the bill but left determined never to return to this deceitful establishment. For your information, levocetirizine comes in 10mg tablets that should only be about 15 rupees each. Although I asked for 10mg, they gave me 5mg mouth dissolving tablets (which I did not request) at 19 rupees each. Additionally, presnisolone in SPC is typically only about 2 rupees per tablet, yet they charged me Rs 14 each. It's truly disappointing for what was once a reputable business.

Not long ago, I visited their location to buy an inhaler priced at 3,500/-. I only had 3,400/- in cash, but they refused to sell it for that amount, citing a 100/- difference. They also didn't accept card payments. Given the ongoing crisis in the country, I expected more understanding. The staff seemed lazy and unhelpful. Additionally, they lack many common medications.
