Rude and Slow Pharmacists
This pharmacy has potential, but the pharmacists are incredibly rude and lazy. I visited today to pick up some fever medicine, and they were too busy chatting amongst themselves to pay attention to me. They didn’t even ask how many tablets I needed. It took them ages to retrieve the box and open it. Instead of inquiring about my request, they just cut the tablet card and handed me some without asking how many I wanted. When I inquired about another medicine, the lead pharmacist was quite rude. They don't smile at customers and their pace is frustratingly slow. Once, I even missed my last bus home because of their lazy approach and pointless conversations. I think it would be wise for the owner to consider hiring new pharmacists who possess more common sense and better knowledge of medicines than the current staff.
