Situated next to the Immigration Department in Battaramulla, this place offers quick passport photos, application forms, and various stationery items. However, there’s no parking available, and it can get quite busy on weekends.

The prices here are outrageously high. A double-sided black and white printout costs 50 Rupees, while other places charge only 10 to 15 Rupees for the same service. They are taking advantage of people visiting the Passport Office who are often in a rush and feeling helpless. It's important to alert the Consumer Protection Authority about establishments like this.

The prices are too high, and the customer service is lacking. The owner is quite rude and doesn't seem to know how to communicate politely. Overall, it's the worst place to do business in Battaramulla town.

Discussing prices here seems futile. They are nearly three times what you'd find in Pettah. Even in an emergency, we can't get anything accomplished. There are three young women working there, but instead of engaging with customers properly, they need to learn some basic politeness. They shout as if they're at home. There's also an older woman present who responds to us as if we are the ones asking for a favor. Yukkkkkkkk.

The owner of this shop is quite devious. I went in to make a purchase and asked for the price, even though there was a price tag present. He sneakily removed the tag, assuming I wouldn’t notice, and quoted me a much higher price. When I pointed out the price tag on the same item, he claimed that someone had mistakenly placed those tags. If you have no other choice, you might consider visiting, but be prepared to pay significantly more than what you’d expect in the market.
